I was in Florida during the renovation and JJ worked with the architect’s drawings (along with changes I made to them), we spoke on the phone frequently and managed to work out all the minor details such as cabinet hardware, new light fixtures, carpet, paint colors,etc. by phone and during the brief visits I made to Annapolis.
